Please bring forms and payment to orientation - Wednesday, January 16.
In order to reserve your child's spot in a specific class, please contact us at faithhomeschoolers@gmail.com.
Classes are filled on a first come basis, with priority given to children of teachers.
Volunteer Verification Form -Please print one per adult family member who intends to volunteer.
Medical Release - Please print one per child. Form due annually
