Spring Semester Classes 2019
3rd Period - optional

Shake, Rattle, and Roll!/First Aid Basics
Ages:  3 - 6 years
Teachers:  Amy Shuck/ Tara Tucker
Cost:  $5
Class size:  min:  4  max:  12

The first four weeks will be Shake, Rattle and Roll!  with Amy.  The last five weeks will be Basic First Aid with Tara.

Shake, Rattle, and Roll!
Get ready to shake, rattle, and roll your way to better brain development!  I know that means nothing to your child, just tell him or her that we will have a great time exploring rhythm instruments, dancing, and playing games!  You don't have to mention that by constantly crossing the midline hand-eye coordination and body/spatial awareness will improve.  There is no need to explain that these activities will develop connections between the right and left brain hemispheres which will allow for easier reading and writing skill acquisition.  Bottom line:  The more your child crosses the midline, the easier learning will be!

Note:  If you have a child older than 6 years that you believe would benefit from this class, they are welcome to attend.  My two daughters with Down Syndrome are 14 and 15, and they love these types of activities!
